January Health Goals:
- Aim for ONE vegetable AT EVERY MEAL (minimum)
- Eat 1-2 fresh fruits per day (maximum), preferably from the low-sugar list (low-glycemic). Choose vegetables over fruit whenever possible.
- Go to your local farmer’s market or grocer and pick up an obscure vegetables, one that you’ve never tried before. Make one of the recipes provided or create your own. We’d love to hear what you try!
February Health Goals:
- Drink More Water DAILY!
- Introduce and consume at least one new cultured/fermented food once a day!
